Massage Therapy
A sector Committee member since 2012, RITMA has been an active member of Soins personnels Quebec.
Leadership Roles: Our president and general manager has served on the board of directors since 2013, representing the massage therapy sector. Our president has held positions such as treasurer, president, and vice president of Soins personnels Quebec board of directors which has allowed RITMA to develop significant expertise in this field.
Osteopathy
RITMA has done significant representation of Osteopathy : Groupe RITMA is the second-largest osteopathy group in Quebec, with nearly 1,100 osteopaths.
Naturopathy
International Presence: Our participation in several international conferences has allowed us to connect with leading figures in naturopathy and complementary medicine from 85 countries.
Therapeutic relationships and brief therapy
Decades of Expertise: For over 10 years, RITMA has developed substantial expertise with practitioners in brief therapy and therapeutic relationships.
Pioneering Role: We have been at the forefront since the new realities for psychotherapists emerged in 2012. In this context, we implemented a process for understanding Law 21, which remains a criterion for our members still today.
STRONG PARTNERSHIPS AND INVOLVEMENT:
RITMA maintains privileged relationships with all major insurance companies. (Reimbursements, however, are ultimately decided by the insurer.)
Annual Conference Participation at the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA) allows RITMA to stay in contact with key stakeholders and allows Group RITMA to inform its members comprehensively.
COVID-19 Response
Support During Crisis: From the onset of extreme measures in spring 2020, RITMA’S team worked tirelessly to support its members through these challenging times. Feedback from its members confirmed that Group RITMA successfully met the challenge.
In a collaborative effort in the wake of COVID-19, RITMA actively participated with other massage therapy experts in establishing the joint protocol for massage therapy and the therapeutic care protocol with CNESST.
Customer and Member Services
RITMA did put in place efficient and professional Support to its members: its customers and members services are courteous, professional, and prompt, available from Monday to Friday. Immediate responses or callbacks within 24 hours are guaranteed. RITMA serves as a support center to facilitate any disputes with insurance companies and to answer questions pertaining to professional insurances.Its experienced team is always working for its members!
Establishing New Standards of Quality
