Clic Santé Partnership :

In September 2025, Groupe RITMA celebrated the conclusion of a strategic partnership with Clic Santé, a well-known online booking platform in Quebec. Together, we are joining forces to simplify appointment management in the healthcare sector and improve access to complementary medicine services across the province.

Thanks to this partnership, Quebec residents can now reach the right professional with just one click, while Groupe RITMA members gain greater visibility and access to new tools to better serve their clients.

Helping Relationship and Brief Therapy :

For over 13 years, Groupe RITMA has developed strong expertise in supporting professionals in brief therapy and helping relationships. Following the regulatory changes affecting psychotherapists in 2012, RITMA became a pioneer in the field. In line with this evolution, a process for understanding and integrating the Law 21 framework was established and remains an integral part of our criteria today.

In January 2024, Groupe RITMA—an essential player in the field of personal development and helping relationships—took a major step toward professionalizing these practices with the official launch of MARA Certification (Métiers d’Accompagnement et de Relation d’Aide).

This initiative marks a turning point in the evolution of the helping professions in Quebec. It is firmly rooted in a commitment to excellence, quality, and recognition for professionals who work every day to promote global health and well-being.

Massage Therapy :

Groupe RITMA is proud to have initiated and partnered with other professional organizations to implement a shared disciplinary registry effective January 1, 2026.

This innovative project aims to strengthen public protection and uphold the reputation and integrity of massage therapy and related fields. By sharing secure access to disciplinary information between associations, we ensure even more rigorous admission and professional monitoring. This initiative helps prevent fraud, guarantees ethical practices, and offers clients greater transparency regarding members’ competence.

RITMA has been a member of the Soins personnels Québec sector council since 2012. Our president and general director have both served on the board of directors since 2013 as representatives of the massage therapy sector, successively holding positions as treasurer, president, and vice-president—roles that have helped deepen their expertise in this field.

Osteopathy :

As the second-largest osteopathy association in Quebec, with more than 1,100 osteopaths, RITMA plays a key role in monitoring the ongoing discussions about the potential creation of a professional order for osteopaths. Our sustained work in this area allows us to effectively guide and support our members.

Naturopathy :

Through participation in several international conferences, RITMA engages with key figures in naturopathy and complementary medicine from over 85 countries, strengthening its global network and expertise.

Insurance companies :

RITMA maintains close relationships with all major insurance companies. While reimbursement policies ultimately depend on insurers, our active participation in the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA) annual conference helps us stay in touch with our main industry partners and keep our members well informed.

COVID-19 Response :

When the pandemic struck in spring 2020, our team worked tirelessly to support our members through these extraordinarily challenging times. According to the feedback received, together we rose to the challenge.
In collaboration with other massage therapy experts, RITMA also contributed to the creation of the joint massage therapy protocol and the CNESST therapeutic care guidelines.
